SPAN x Kopperfield Promotional Program Terms

Subject to the following terms and conditions, get Field Service Pro for $199/month (“Promotion Pricing”) if you are a SPAN Authorized Installer and an eligible new or upgrading subscriber on a Kopperfield subscription plan (“Promotion”).
To qualify for Promotion Pricing, you must: (1) be a licensed electrical contractor and a SPAN Authorized Installer in good standing; (2) not currently be or previously have been subscribed to Field Service Pro from Kopperfield; (3) commit to a minimum three-month term for Field Service Pro (“Initial Term”); and (4) agree to comply with these Promotion terms, the Kopperfield Subscription Terms and Conditions available at www.kopperfield.com/saasterms (“Standard Terms”), the SPAN Authorized Installer Agreement, and all applicable laws and regulations.
This Promotion is redeemable one time per eligible subscriber and is only available for a limited time, while supplies last. At the end of the Initial Term or until December 31, 2025, whichever comes first, you may continue to qualify for Promotion Pricing on a month-to-month basis (each month a “Renewal Term”) if you install and commission at least three SPAN Panels during the three-month period immediately preceding such Renewal Term. Kopperfield’s normal subscription rates apply after the Promotion period ends or if you no longer qualify for Promotion Pricing. Payment and billing is according to the Standard Terms. There are no refunds for partial months or early termination due to your loss of eligibility under this Promotion.
By participating in this Promotion, you agree to: (1) remain current on payments to Kopperfield for Field Service Pro; (2) use Field Service Pro for SPAN product sales and installations; and (3) fully commission all SPAN Panels installed by you, including onboarding the homeowner in the SPAN Home App. You also agree that Kopperfield may share your personal information with SPAN to verify your eligibility under this Promotion, track Promotion usage and metrics, and as reasonably necessary to administer this Promotion.
This Promotion is subject to change or withdrawal at any time and without notice. This Promotion is not transferable or stackable with any other discount or promotion. These Promotion terms, together with the Standard Terms, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Promotion. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Promotion and the Standard Terms, the Standard Terms shall prevail. Kopperfield reserves the right to modify, limit, or restrict participation in the Promotion to any person at any time for any reason and without notice. Eligibility shall be determined by Kopperfield in its sole discretion.
